Refund policy

At Made for Living, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not satisfied with one of our products for any reason, you may request a refund in accordance with the terms outlined below; you may request a refund within 30 days of receiving the product.

Important Conditions

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the product. 
  • Refunds will not be granted for requests received more than thirty (30) days after receiving the product.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Only products purchased directly from madeforliving.com are eligible for refunds or returns.
  • Made for Living is not liable for items lost or damaged during return transit.
  • All refund and return requests are subject to review by our Customer Service team.
  • Returned items must be unused and in their original, unopened packaging. Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns for opened packages.
  • Refunds will not be issued for products damaged due to lack of care, mishandling, accident, abuse, or any other abnormal use.
  • We reserve the right to determine how many packages would be refunded or returned.

How to Request a Return

Important: Do not send any products back without first receiving confirmation and return instructions from our Customer Service team.

If You Are Returning a Product

Follow these steps if you want to return a product and send it back to us.

1. Contact Us First

Email hello@madeforliving.com with:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you wish to return
  • A brief explanation of the reason for your request (required)
  • A clear photo of the product showing the issue (required, if applicable)

2. Wait for Approval

  • Our team will review your request and provide instructions if the return is approved.

3. Pack and Ship

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method recommended by our customer service agent.

 

If You Are Requesting a Refund Without Returning the Product

Use this option only if you believe a return is not necessary and you're requesting a refund.

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) in question
  • A brief explanation of the reason for your request (required)
  • A clear photo of the product showing the issue (required, if applicable)

Each request will be evaluated individually. Our Customer Service team will determine whether a refund can be issued without a return, based on the specific circumstances.

We will contact you after the review to confirm whether the refund is approved.

 

Refunds

If You Returned the Product:

  • Once we receive your returned product, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 2–3 business days to your original form of payment.
  • Original and return shipping costs are non-refundable. 

If You Did Not Return the Product:

  • If your refund is approved without a return, it will be processed within 2–3 business days after our confirmation.
  • Refunds will be issued to your original form of payment.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
