Shipping policy
SHIPPING AND PRODUCT ACCEPTANCE
The shipment date will be determined according to whichever date is closer to the date of the Customer’s first purchase date. Shipping dates are estimates only.
All shipments are sent via the U.S. Postal Service or a suitable third-party carrier. The risk of loss and title for all Products purchased via the Sitepass to the Customer upon delivery of the item to the carrier.
PAUSING AND RESUMING SHIPPING
Made for Living offers its customers the ability to skip shipments, one month at a time, in their Made for Living Subscriptions. During the skipped month, customers will remain active customers, but they will not receive any Made for Living Products.
During the Pause Period, customers will remain a member of Made for Living, continue to receive communications from Made for Living via email, but will not be charged any subscription fee.
Customers who have skipped a shipment do not need to do anything to resume shipping. You may email any questions about the Pause Period to hello@madeforliving.com.
